Hi David - Thanks for the typo highlight. This article isn’t a critque of the Model 3 or a review. It talks about the phone experience as it is not optimal - many people depend on using the phone (safely of course) while driving. I did not focus on the Autopilot experience in this article because I do not use that feature (yet) and haven’t formed an opinion about it. The article is not critical of the core Tesla driving experience - this article is aimed at a UX/UI/Prdocut design audience and pointing about some minor UI niggles to help remind designers of the importance of user research and affordances. Many issues could be possibly resolved through ‘over the air update’ but I still believe more physical buttons would help too.
